Yazd The clay colored city is located in an arid area, hot in summer, and cold in winter, especially at nights. The city, as a main business center on the silk road, attracted Marco Polo, along with a lot of merchants who found it a substantially weaving market. According to the UNESCO Yazd is one of the most ancient cities in the world.
